Angie Love-Callahan - Lead

Angie joined Bling! in June 2009. She is an elementary music educator and associate member of Spirit of the Gulf Chorus. She is a proud mommy to 3 year old daughter, Piper and 6 month old son, Riley. Angie was 5 years old when her mom joined the Sound of Sunshine Chorus as a bass. Ever since, Angie has loved the sound of those barbershop chords! Angie joined Sweet Adelines at the age of 14 as a member of the Stars of Harmony Chorus in Hollywood, Florida. She was the lead in Obsession, Region 9's 1997, 1999, and 2005 quartet champions and 6 time international representatives. Angie is very excited to be embarking on this journey as the new lead of Bling!

Kim Griffin - Bass

Kim Griffin joined Bling! in June of 2008. Her love for barbershop harmony started in 1980 when her boss invited her to his men's chorus show. She joined a chapter in Missoula, MT, and sang Lead with them for three years. Life ensued and after a lengthy hiatus she returned to barbershop in 1997. Kim was the Bass of Heatwave (2006 8th Place Int’l Medalists) and Fireworks Quartets. She is a member and past Associate Director of the Women of Note Chorus, small chorus champion at the 2005 Sweet Adelines International Harmony Classic. In addition to this, she is a Certified Director and serves on Region 9's Education Steering Committee and Education Faculty. Kim is a telecommunications engineer with AT&T Mobility and resides in Boca Raton.

Deanna Kastler - Baritone

Deanna is an elementary music educator. She married fellow barbershopper, James Kastler, and they are the proud parents of sons Caden and Jackson. In the midst of teaching, family time, and of course, quartet time, Deanna travels to Ft. Myers every Tuesday night for rehearsal with "the most entertaining chorus in the world"....Spirit of the Gulf! She is the Associate Director of Spirit of the Gulf. In addition, she is a Certified Director, and member of the Education Faculty as well as the Education Steering Committee for Region 9.

Dayve-small.jpg

Dayve Gabbard - Tenor

Dayve began her singing career at 5 when she joined her parents' Country & Western band, Three Hits & a Miss, for a set. She has a BFA in Acting from Wright State University, and therefore feels it's completely justifiable for her to be a character. She's been singing barbershop since 1994. She is a member of the Women of Note chorus where she has served in numerous leadership capacities. Dayve is proudest to have been the Associate Director of the chorus when they won the 2005 SAI International Small Chorus Championship. She is a Certified Director and currently sits on the Regional Management Team and is the Regional Education Coordinator. In her spare time (ha!) she works for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and dotes on her fiance', Matt, and her two cats.
